So, the video for this section of the game does not exist, so if you are following along with this guide, I have some written directions. Luckily this is a pretty straight forward part.

The last video left you pimping out your ship. So from there, you want to backtrack to Gearworks killing enemies. At Gearworks an enemy ship will blow up the gears exposing a MISSILE EXPANSION. Screw attack over to get it. Then head to Chrozo Observatory and call in your ship to pick up the grapple point. With that lifted, there is a panel that needs to be welded. Get R Done. Then have the ship lower the thing back down. Activate the bomb slot and a tower will come up. Climb it to the orange door at the top. That will bring you to Botanica, where you can save and then go back to my video walkthroughs. YAY! Sorry for making you read but this saves me from playing through the whole game back to this point.
