Characters
Note, You just need to do one of the 3 objectives to unlock him. After doing one of the three objectives (Excluding having the Character joining in the The Subspace Emissary) You have to fight that character in a one stock match with Items
Ness:
- Reflect 10 projectiles
- Play 5 matches in VS Mode
- Meet Ness in the Subspace Emissary
Marth:
- Beat Classic Mode on any difficulty with any character
- Play 10 matches in VS Mode
- Have Marth join your party in the Subspace Emissary
Luigi:
- Beat Classic Mode with no continues
- Play 22 matches in VS Mode
- Have Luigi join* your party in the Subspace Emissary
(*Join does not equal watching Luigi getting pwned by King Dedede)
Falco:
- Complete the 100 Man Brawl with any character
- Play 50 matches in VS Mode
- Have Falco join your party in the Subspace Emissary
Captain Falcon:
- Beat Classic Mode in 12 minutes or less
- Play 70 matches in VS Mode
- Have Captain Falcon join your party in the Subspace Emissary
Lucario:
- Complete all 5 Target Tests for one character
- Play 100 matches in VS Mode
- Have Lucario join your party in the Subspace Emissary
Snake:
- Play 15 matches in VS Mode on Shadow Moses Island
- Play 130 matches in VS Mode
- Have Snake join your party in the Subspace Emissary
R.O.B:
- Get 250 different trophies
- Play 160 matches in VS Mode
- Have R.O.B. join your party in the Subspace Emissary
Ganondorf:
- Beat Classic Mode on Hard or higher with Link or Zelda/Sheik
- Play 200 matches in VS Mode
- Have Ganondorf join your party in the Subspace Emissary
Mr. Game & Watch:
- Clear Target Smash with 30 different characters on any single difficulty level
- Play 250 matches in VS Mode
- Have Mr. Game & Watch join your party in The Subspace Emissary
Sonic:
- Complete Classic Mode with 10 characters
- Play a total of 10 Hours of Versus Matches (Time is Multiplied by how many players are playing at once. (Ex. If you Play a 3 Minute match with 4 players, 12 Minutes will be added))
- Play 300 matches in VS Mode
- Complete the Subspace Emissary
Jigglypuff:
- Beat 20 or more Events after clearing The Subspace Emissary
- Play 350 matches in VS Mode
- Pass through the hidden door in The Swamp area after completing The Subspace Emissary
Toon Link:
- After Clearing the The Subspace Emissary, Beat Classic Mode
- Play 400 matches in VS Mode
- After clearing The Subspace Emissary, enter the hidden door in The Forest
Wolf:
- Complete Boss Battle Mode in any difficulty with Fox or Falco
- Play 450 matches in VS Mode
